Having been officially introduced to your guests as the new Mr and Mrs for the first time during your champagne wedding reception, the celebrations may now continue in style with your Wedding Breakfast. For this most memorable of meals, we created The Pavilion, a purpose-built banqueting space on our immaculate lawns, with a large dance floor, stage, bar area and space for 60 to 200 to be served in the utmost comfort.
The Pavilion's floor to ceiling windows provide an abundance of light to view the manicured lawns by day and dramatic views of the floodlit Castle at night. With soft candlelight, understated LED mood lighting, and flowers, favours and other adornments that reflect your own individual taste, your guests will be accommodated in luxurious 5 star style. Your theme can be as extravagant or as simple as you desire – no two weddings are ever alike.
As dusk falls, and music from the stage beckons your guests to the spacious dance floor, our state of the art lighting system, with its countless colour combinations, changes with the mood. From day to night, why not adopt a subtle pastel shade picking out your chosen bridal colours, then change to a hot red to set the room ablaze, or a rich cobalt blue for a nightclub effect?

Trevor Garden, our Head Chef, is as passionate about the presentation of each dish as he is about the taste, so your wedding breakfast is guaranteed to be imaginative and inspired. Your meal will be presented with unique flair by our Catering General Manager David Forbes and his team, with tables simultaneously served by waiting staff in immaculate monogrammed attire.
An Intimate Affair...
With its open fire, impressive chandelier and large Georgian windows overlooking the estate, The Croquet Room offers the perfect venue for a celebration of up to 60. If you long for an even more intimate dining experience with just family and your closest friends, the dramatic Stag Chamber, situated in our 15th century 'Auld Keep' seats up to 26 for an atmospheric medieval banquet.
