Dundas team members awarded HIT Scholarships

Congratulations to Dundas Castle’s very own Ricarda Plews (Assistant Operations Manager) and Siobhán Leith (Marketing Executive) who were awarded HIT Scholarships for 2010.

Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland helps continuous development in the workplace by awarding scholarships to aspiring individuals working within Scottish hospitality.  These awards are designed to keep employees motivated and up to date in key skills, within the competitive world of hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism and take place locally, nationally and internationally.

Ricarda and Siobhán now have the opportunity to spend time working in operational areas or on structured programmes to gain valuable knowledge that will give them the insight and confidence to get to the next level.  The team at HIT Scotland will devise a week long intensive programme that is suited exactly to the needs of Ricarda and Siobhán.
